Now in the week 2 of our series, we move onto the second most important consideration for brokers when selecting an insurance provider for their schemes.
In second place and with a score of 80%, product tailoring/bespoking was identified as the second most important consideration for brokers when choosing an insurance provider according to our 2017 annual schemes survey.
We caught up with Deirdre Donovan, our Head of products who provided an insight into this area.
“Find an insurer that can help you create the perfect package of products or schemes suitable for your business and your clients. Whether it’s a product line extension, an improvement of something that already exists or completely diversifying into a new product area, the partnership should work together to create an exciting new scheme that meets the needs or your target demographic.
And remember, no one knows your consumers and target audience better than you!”
