Direct Group performs the claims administration services for UK General Insurance Group. This claims administration covers a broad skill set across a wide range of products within the property, travel and liability market. This includes specialist teams handling schemes for Let Property, Personal Accident, Social Housing and Wedding insurances. In addition, the Nexus team undertakes Employer and Public Liability, Legal Expenses and Professional Indemnity claims handling.
